We have booked king room with good facilities. The most important was the staff - helpful and amazingly nice people. The location was comfy and perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The room was spotless and incredible with good amenities, and I slept very well. The rate was me$ 87. The location offered was comfy and perfect just off 3 different restaurants suggested by deskclark and stores, dining and the freeway. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from Meyberg Waterfall.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. Firstly, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the location. It was conveniently located right off the freeway, making it easy for us to explore the area. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with great suggestions on where to eat and visit. We tried out some of the recommended restaurants and the food was excellent! Lastly, I appreciated that breakfast was included in the rate. Although the options were limited, it was a nice perk to have cereal and untoasted bread available in the morning.

THere was NO HOT WATER and managements solution was to lock the office. The 7 am continental breakfast was non existent and the air conditioner was extremely loud and not effective. Have told many people about this horrible hotel.

The location was comfortable and peaceful for exploring this nice area, adjacent to shops, stores, dining and the freeway, and 3 different restaurants suggested by deskclark. The room was well-organised and with a particularly nice view.

The hotel itself was acceptable, nonetheless it had really helpful staff. The property's location was unbeatable, near to restaurant, and eateries.

my favorite property in pasadena. relaxing base for a 3-night stay. beautifully maintained and reasonably large rooms with basics! lots of excellent options for meal. amazing service, nice location super close to eateries.
